Half French and half English, and currently based in Amsterdam, Alexandre has lived and worked across eight countries, building a truly global commercial network. An MBA graduate from IE Business School, he has over four years of hands-on commodity trading experience, notably in ethanol, where he built and led the East Africa desk, scaling it into the firm’s top-performing trading platform. Now focused on renewable energy trading, with specialization in the UK and Middle Eastern markets, Alexandre strengthens AlveaOne with origination capability, shipping and logistics expertise, and strong counterparty relationships, helping translate cross-border flows into scalable, margin-driven trading opportunities.

Based in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, and originally from Londrina, Brazil, Felipe brings 15 years of experience across supply chain, multimodal logistics, S&OP, and freight markets, operating at the core of Brazil’s agri-commodity corridors. Formerly Director of Logistics, S&OP & Origination at Sodrugestvo Brazil, he managed large-scale physical flows, commercial interfaces, and trading-adjacent decision making. An Engineer with advanced training in business and operations management, Felipe strengthens AlveaOne by linking origination, logistics economics, and market intelligence, ensuring strategies are grounded in physical reality, cost competitiveness, and executable trading outcomes.

After building his foundation at Procter & Gamble, he has advised global industrial leaders such as Arcelor, AB InBev, Tata, and INEOS, while managing an industrial consultancy in the Netherlands. At AlveaOne, Carlos helps position industrial investments to be not only operationally robust, but market-aligned, trading-ready, and value-accretive across the commodity cycle.

Based in Madrid, Juan is a Partner at an international law firm with over 15 years of experience across top-tier legal practices and Barclays Investment Bank, specializing in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. His background combines legal rigor with investment-banking discipline, complemented by hands-on experience in structuring and intermediating oil & gas and mining transactions. At AlveaOne, Juan plays a critical role in deal architecture, governance, and risk allocation, ensuring that projects and investments are robustly structured, commercially aligned, and execution-ready for sophisticated investors.

Known for her positive, can-do mindset and strong ability to collaborate within multicultural, cross-functional teams, Melina strengthens AlveaOne’s market presence through clear positioning, compelling storytelling, and disciplined A&P management. Fluent in French and English, with working proficiency in Spanish and Greek and basic Portuguese, she adds a truly international dimension, ensuring brands, platforms, and initiatives are commercially relevant, visually distinctive, and execution-ready across markets.
